We are open from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

We accept payments via Visa and Mastercard credit or debit cards. Please note that we are currently unable to accept American Express.

Yes we can also work out a payment plan for individual circumstances.

Enrollment is conducted face-to-face in our office. You will need to visit us during our working hours to complete the necessary paperwork and provide the required documents. Our staff will guide you through the process and answer any questions you might have.

We are proud to have a 100% employment rate for students who successfully complete our Individual Support course.

Yes, we do. Our trainers are available to help you create a personalised study plan that fits your schedule and learning pace. By discussing your needs and goals with your trainer, you can develop a plan that ensures you stay on track and achieve your educational objectives.

Re-enrollment is done face-to-face in our office. Our staff will assist you with any paperwork and answer any questions you may have.

While we do not offer online courses, you can study from home for most of our course materials. You will only need to come to the office for hands-on training sessions.

To enrol in our courses, you need to have the following:

  • A Unique Student Identifier (USI) number
  • Evidence of identification (e.g., passport, driver’s license)
  • You must be at least 15 years old

There are four ways to find your Unique Student Identifier (USI):

  1. Email Address:
    • Enter the email address saved on your USI account and click ‘Submit’.
    • You will receive an email containing your USI details. Make sure to check your spam/junk mail folder if it doesn’t appear in your inbox.
  2. Mobile Number:
    • Enter the mobile number saved on your USI account along with your date of birth and click ‘Submit’.
    • You will receive an SMS with your USI details. If you do not receive the SMS, please contact us for further assistance.
  3. Personal Details and Security/Check Questions:
    • The USI Registry System will ask you to provide your family name, date of birth, and gender, as well as at least one of the following: first/given name, middle name, or town/city of birth.
    • Click ‘Submit’ and answer your two security/check questions exactly as you first set them.
    • If answered correctly, your USI will appear on the screen.
  4. Personal Details and an ID Document:
    • Enter your first/given and family/last names, date of birth, gender, town/city of birth, and either your email address, mobile number, or postal address (the postal address option appears after you enter your country of residence).
    • Click ‘Submit’, select your ‘Document Type’, and click ‘Next’. Fill in your document details and click ‘Next’.
    • Your USI will appear on the screen.

These methods ensure that you can retrieve your USI using different types of personal information and security checks.

Yes, we only deliver accredited courses. This means that our courses meet the national standards for education and training, ensuring that your qualifications are recognised and valued by employers.

Needing to be up to ASQA25 compliance.

We require as much notice as possible if you cannot attend a scheduled class, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Yes, you can. If you are unable to attend a scheduled course, you can enrol in the next available session.

If you provide at least 24 hours’ notice and there is an available spot in the next course, you will not need to pay again.

However, if you fail to give the required notice, the course fees will be forfeited. Depending on the circumstances, we may consider allowing a reschedule without an additional fee.
